About Us
The Orchard Out of School Club, based at Thorner Primary School, provides high-quality wraparound care for both Pre-school children attending Thorner Pre-School and pupils of Thorner CofE Primary School. Our friendly and well-experienced team is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment, and we are proud to be rated Outstanding by Ofsted.
Our Breakfast Club runs from 7.45am to 8.45am at a cost of £6.70 per session, which includes a healthy breakfast and a variety of fun and engaging activities to start the day.
We offer two After School Club sessions to suit families’ needs. The first session ends at 4.30pm and costs £6.70 per child. Children are offered a healthy snack of fruit, vegetables, and salad platters at 3.30pm, along with a range of activities to help them relax and unwind after school. For families needing longer care, our extended session runs until 6.00pm at a cost of £11.20 per child, with an additional snack provided at 5.00pm. During both sessions, children can enjoy a safe, stimulating environment with plenty of opportunities to play, learn, and have fun.
